The “Perfect” Chocolate Chip Cookies
I recieved a Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer for Christmas and promised myself that I would put it to good use after the “cake incident” a year ago. With the ringing in of the new year I made good on that promise. Warm and gooey these chocolate chip cookies have garnished high praise from family and friends I have given them too. Creating these are quickly becoming one my favorite past times. Without further ado I present the recipe for “Perfect” Chocolate Chip Cookies.
